Danshui , Fisherman's wharf ~淡水与渔人码头

After soaking in the hotspring, we are now well on our way to Danshui to have lunch!
Taking the Taipei MRT is so easy....


Beitou Mrt --->Fuxxinggang-->Zhongyi-->GuanDu-->Zhuwei-->Hongshulin---->Danshui

ZhongZheng old street are full of shops
There are shops seling accessories, local delicacies.

Of course must try the Danshui Iron Egg!

This is the Blue Way ferry dock. NTD 45 if you use Easycard to pay.
No fixed timing leh, they depart when its full.

Just left Danshui and it starts to drizzle :(
The boat ride takes about 30mins..... quite a distance away.

being all wet and sticky and hands full of bags of Iron eggs and packed Muah chees for our relatives back in singapore ..... we decided not to go shilin night market straight but instead take the MRT back to Ximending and have a shower back the hotel... hehe

On our way back to hotel, my baby grabbed Dunkin Donuts from across the streets......
